Since our inception in 1987 Freedom Financial has been doing business as a traditional Mortgage Broker. In doing business the traditional way we are approved by more than a 100 different mortgage bankers and investors. Originating, packaging, and submitting loans for approval of all loan types: Conventional, VA, FHA, and grades from A paper thru B&C we have built a reputation of excellence in the Mortgage Industry.

We are astutely aware that the mortgage banking/real estate industry is forever changed by three powerful revolutions; the Internet Revolutuion, Information Revolution and the Technology Revolution. Long term stability and growth has made Freedom Financial make the transition from being a Mortgage Broker to also becoming a Mortgage Banker. Providing us the ability to originate, approve, draw loan docs and fund our own Loans internally. With technology changing how and where we work Freedom Financial decided to go one step farther creating a virtual presence by the way of the internet to originate mortgage loans. To facilitate our new direction Freedom Financial has invested in a “web server” to house the most advanced technology available, allowing us to work from just about anywhere and at any time to originate and close home loans quickly. By combining the use of the Internet along with our advanced processing software and automated underwriting systems we have provided to our Loan Officers more mobility utilizing laptop computers, cell- phones, portable printers, internet e-mail and MORE. Utilizing these advances combined with our providing an un parallel customer experience our Loan Officers are able to better serve their clients in the most professional and effective manner possible taking the mystery out of originating, approving, and closing a home loan.
