Home Purchase Loans

Standard Home Purchases

There are many different loan programs to help you with your home purchase.  Which loan program is best for you will be determined by a variety of different factors, such as your income, your credit, how long you will live in the home, your down payment, will all of the borrowers occupy the property, and several other items.

I will work with you to help you determine the best program for your circumstances.

First-Time Homebuyer Purchases

First-time home buyers have many options.  From low downpayment loans to downpayment assistance programs and grants.

First-time home buyers usually come into the process of buying a home with little or no idea of what to expect, let alone where to even begin the process.

If you are a first-time home buyer and want to find out how to purchase a home and how much home you can buy, you can start by answering a few questions here.

Downpayment Assistance Purchases

Downpayment assistance comes in a variety of programs.  Which program is best for you (or is available to you) is dependent on several factors:

  • Are you a first-time home buyer (have not owned a home in the last three years)?  Some DPA programs require you to be a first-time home buyer while others do not.
  • What is the dollar amount of the purchase you are thinking of?  Some programs have maximum sales prices/property values allowed.
  • Are you looking for dowpayment assistance that is a grant (repayment not required) or that is a loan (repayment is required)?
  • Are you looking for closing cost assistance in addition to downpayment assistance?

If you are looking for a (or thinking of looking for) a downpayment assistance program, you can start by answering a few questions here.
